Introduction to Network Modeling
The networking library emulates the behavior of the TCP/UDP and IP protocols. It is possible to modify the routing table attributes and the data size/rates and so on for the up-the-stack and down-the-stack. The Networking blocks perform a variety of networking functions, including simple model routing, complex model routing, OSI layer modeling, and channel related modeling. In addition, the Networking blocks interoperate with the Scheduler Resource blocks, using a common data structure. This means that the processor oriented models can be combined with network related models without data structure translators, or additional model processing.
