Delay and Utilities

This library contains blocks that sets the delay in the model and controls the execution.

Delay- Non-blocking delay of all incoming transactions by certain unit of time. This means that the transactions are being delayed concurrently.
Single_Event- generates a single event at a future time and outputs a value
Isolate_input- Block will control the firing of two output flows and prevent any feedback loops between them
Isolate_Output- Block will control the firing of two input flows into a single output and prevent any feedback loops between them
Execution Control – Blocks will throw a user defined Exception
